Our healthcare client is looking for a Jr. Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. Candidates should have experience supporting both Windows/PCs and MAC OSX, MS Office/Outlook, Active Directory, mobile devices, etc.
? They will be responsible for ensuring desktop, device engineering and ensuring configuration standards are met. ? They will work with multiple teams from desktop to the network engineering teams and outside vendors to design best in class solution for desktop and device application solutions, including configuration management, repairs, maintenance or operations of the Desktop Computer Systems.Responsible for Apple device support and ensuring configuration standards are met. ? Support Apple devices in alignment with the System's mission critical goal of providing service excellence in patient care. Under the supervision of the End User Innovations Director, maintains, analyzes and troubleshoots, device, hardware, software and associated peripherals. ? Test applications, OS versions, upgrades and configurations to be deployed and supported across all facilities. Escalation point for desktop technicians. ? Required to travel to the facilities across all boroughs to provide support as needed. ? Develop strong aptitude for service automation and support using Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Device Automation, Enterprise Connect along with aptitude for process improvements and automation.
